Putting the ‘Local’ into Localism conference and market stall event
Wycombe Partnership’s “Putting the Local into Localism” conference will be exploring the opportunities arising from the Localism Act - and celebrating the work being undertaken locally by the sub groups of the partnership.
Each sub group of the Wycombe Partnership will have a ‘market stall' to showcase their work and share the projects they are delivering this year. This is an opportunity for you to learn both about what they are doing and, more importantly, how they could help you in your work too. This will be a great opportunity to share current thinking of developing the Localism (and Big Society) concept locally, drawing on the excellent work that already exists, through discussion between the statutory and voluntary and community sectors. Places are limited to 100 and you will need to book early to guarantee your place. There is no charge for the event and in order to keep costs to a minimum no lunch will be provided at the event. To book a place contact corporate_admin_office@wycombe.gov.uk or tel. 01494 421277
