South Bucks District Councils’ Health and Wellbeing Day 29th February 2011

South Bucks District Council is holding a district wide ‘Health and Wellbeing Day’ at the Memorial Centre in Gerrards Cross on Wednesday 29th February between 9.30 am and 12.30 pm. We would encourage as many residents as possible to attend to make it a success.


The day is being supported by key partners and we have secured some live entertainment and complimentary refreshments. Posters and leaflets are currently being distributed through various sources and there is a small fund to assist with community transport to get people there. This event will be attended by at least 23 partners and other organisations offering a wide variety of advice, valuable information and free mini health checks for residents on the many stalls we will be providing on the day. The list below gives a flavour of what's on offer:

The ‘Health and Wellbeing Day' will also be attended by the Citizens Advice Bureau, Careers Bucks and the Chilterns and South Bucks Disability Group.
