The Buckinghamshire Safeguarding Children Board (BSCB) is hosting an event for frontline professionals relating to one of the findings from the recent Serious Case Review into child sexual exploitation in Buckinghamshire.

The review recognised that frontline organisations working with children and young people are in a good position to spot potential concerns relating to child sexual exploitation, however, they were not always informed about what action was being taken after a referral to Children's Social Care and were not actively engaged as part of the package of care put in place.

This event aims to explore the type of information held by staff and volunteers and how it can be used to safeguard children and explore challenges and best practice in recognising and reporting concerns.
