2012 Olympics

London 2012 will depend on 70,000 volunteers to make sure the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games run smoothly and successfully.

There are currently over 300,000 individuals registered to volunteer for the Games.

This is a great opportunity to volunteer not just during the Games but now and in the future.

Community Impact Bucks is looking to develop Games inspired volunteering opportunities.

The type of organisations that need volunteers are likely to be:

  • Sports - Community Clubs
  • Young People & Education
  • International Training Camps
  • Art, Theatre, History

Celebration Toolkit for the Diamond Jubilee and the 2012 Olympic Games
