Advertising your Opportunities
Using the Role Description you have created, decide how you are going to market your opportunity:
- Who is your target audience?
- How can you reach them? e.g. personal networks, online, fairs/events, publications
- What media will you use? e.g. online databases, social media, adverts in local magazines
We have identified some of the best websites where you can post your opportunities - the majority of them are FREE to use. We direct potential volunteers to these on our local volunteering portal www.volunteeringbucks.org.uk.
FREE. The UK’s national volunteering database, Do-it.org makes it easy for anyone to volunteer in their community, and we link to the Do-it search widget on our local volunteering portal.
