Community Buildings Advice
Village Hall and Community Building Management Committees are responsible for ensuring that the building is, and continues to be, appropriate and adequate for its communities' needs.
A Village Hall or Community Building can be the most valuable asset of any community, and can provide facilities for social, educational and recreational activities for people of all ages.
Community Impact Bucks provides an advice and support service for Management Committees and can offer assistance on matters such as:
- Problems with buildings
- Constitution matters of Management Committees
- Licensing
- Hire Charges
- Widening the use of the building
- Insurance
- Fundraising
- Loans
- Grant applications
- Energy use and energy audits
If you require information or assistance about these or anything else related to community buildings, please contact Sarah Allwood or call 01296 744726
