How Do I Volunteer

You can explore the wide range of volunteering opportunities available near to you using the national website search at www.do-it.org.uk.

You simply put in your postcode, area of interest and type of role you are looking for and it gives you lots of ideas.  You can then apply online for the opportunity that interests you and one of our team will follow that up.  Your contact details will be sent to the charity or group you have identified and someone from that charity will contact you for a chat or with more information. If you have an expert skill whether fundraising, website creation, financial management or other professional experience such as project management, business planning or marketing and you would like to use those skills when volunteering, please complete our Expert Registration Form and forward it with a CV to our Expert Volunteer Co-ordinator Alison. We have a wide range of opportunities for all sorts of expert skills and knowledge and look forward to hearing from you.
