Sustainability

We aim to help voluntary and community groups achieve their aims as effectively as possible.

Most of the support we offer is free

Development Advice:

We can give you guidance and support on a wide range of issues including drafting a constitution, business planning, legal status, HR matters, policies, procedures and quality assurance schemes. We aim to help each group reach its fullest potential.

Management Committees:

We provide support and training to Committees, advising on their roles and responsibilities.

Funding advice:

We help you to develop a sustainable funding strategy and to find sources of funds for an existing group or organisation, for a new project or activity, or to start up a new group.

We will give you advice about writing applications, and are happy to review any application forms or letters you have written

ICT Information & Advice:

We offer advice on the purchase, installation and use of new and existing computer hardware and software. 

We can also assist you in marketing your group or organisation using ICT by helping develop websites, email distribution and the use of social media such as Facebook and Twitter.

Training & Events:

We organisea programme of training, seminars and forums covering a wide range of issues ofinterest to anyone working or volunteering for a community group or voluntary organisation.

Made-to-measure Training:

If you require training or a facilitated meeting tailored to the specific requirements of your group or organisation we can work with you to put together an individual programme for your volunteers, staff or management committee.  There may be a small charge for this service.
